Indonesia’s Top 10 architecture firms and property developers

BCI Asia names Indonesia’s 10 most-active architecture firms and
property developers who will be receiving the BCI Asia Top 10 Awards at
the annual BCI Asia Awards ceremony which will be held at the Gran Melia
Jakarta on the 3rd of May 2011.

The portfolios of these elite architecture firms contain US$ 3.67
billion worth of properties scheduled to start construction in Indonesia
this year while the portfolios of these top developers contain US$ 2.45
billion.

The BCI Asia Top 10 Awards for 2011 in the architecture category will be
presented to Airmas Asri PT, Anggara Architeam PT, Arkonin PT, Denton
Corker Marshall Jakarta – Duta Cermat Mandiri PT
Indomegah Cipta Bangun Citra PT, Megatika International PT, PDW
Architects, PTI Architects, Sekawan DesignInc Arsitek PT and Wiratman &
Associates.

BCI Asia Top 10 Awards will also be awarding Agung Podomoro Group, Agung
Sedayu Permai PT, Ciputra Development PT, Duta Pertiwi Tbk PT, Intiland
Development Tbk PT, Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk PT, KG Global
Development, Lippo Karawaci Tbk PT, Metropolitan Kentjana PT and
Summarecon Agung PT in the developers category.

Through the BCI Asia Top 10 Awards the industry has a way of knowing who
the leading developers and architectural firms in a given region are,
and better understand the importance these firms have in shaping our
society and influencing the built environment.

BCI Asia Chairman Dr. Matthias Krups says: “Architects and their
clients have to sense and even anticipate global changes in order to
remain on top of their game. The architects and developers ranked in
Indonesia’s Top 10 for 2011 are meeting the challenge of satisfying
local demand for built environments that respond to rapid global
changes.”

Indonesia’s BCI Asia Top 10 Awards is presented by BlueScope Steel,
Dulux and Fujitsu air conditioners.

Now into its 7th year, the BCI Asia Awards is a regional event attended
by senior representatives of the building and property development
industries to honour the best in building and architecture in Hong Kong
SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and
Vietnam.

Other than the BCI Asia Top 10 Awards, the FuturArc Prize (international
Green design competition) and FuturArc Green Leadership Award
(international awards for Green built projects) will also be announced
and bestowed at the ceremonies.
